I am an innovative emerging technology leader with a vision of how technology can transform and promote the television and film industry. I have experience developing and enabling new business opportunities, building collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams, converting ideas into successful new technology experiences. I am passionate about my career and the possibilities yet to come. My love of media lead me to begin my career in television. I\'m fascinated with the relationship we have with the characters, personalities and stories on our screens. As technology emerged that could deepen that relationship, the possibilities drove me in a new direction and I shifted my career focus from production and programming to digital media. As content and technology continue to emerge, I focus on providing strategies for the successful navigation of where things are going next: How can we use mobile and emerging technology to tell our stories? What do we need to do to reach and engage our audiences? How can we more effectively monetize these new technologies and create real business impact by leveraging them? I am a proven leader whose performance has been recognized with multiple promotions and awards for innovation and above-and-beyond contributions. A highlight of my industry recognition has been earning two interactive Emmy Awards as part of the WDIG/ABC Enhanced TV team. I love to enjoy my work, make impactful contributions and lead a collaborative, fun and creative environment that my direct reports, my peers and my leaders want to be a part of. I believe in innovative, sometimes disruptive, passionate leadership.
