As an outside consultant, partner with clients to provide solutions to all of their human resources needs. Secure and manage long-term consulting relationships with companies in a broad range of industries such as: Manufacturing, High-Tech, Advertising/Public Relations, Architectural/Construction, Insurance Sales, Agricultural, Distribution, Hospitality, Property Management and Marketing/Corporate Branding. Currently providing on-going consultation to companies located in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County. • Provide HR consulting to small to mid-sized companies with no formal HR department. • Conduct audit of current HR practices, identify areas of non-compliance and provide solutions. Review and update Employee Handbooks. • Partner with the CEO or President to conduct an organizational audit to understand such issues as: employee turnover, employee morale and recruiting challenges. Provide counsel on strategic plans and objectives and their impact on workforce planning. • Provide recruiting services on an hourly or contingency fee basis.
