With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have built my career at the intersection of real estate operations, customer support, digital marketing, and MLS systems. I enjoy helping organizations run smoothly behind the scenes—ensuring listings are accurate, marketing materials are coordinated, and teams have the operational support they need to succeed. Throughout my career I have worked with brokerages, associations, and sales teams across multiple markets, gaining deep experience in MLS management, digital listing distribution, compliance, marketing coordination, and client communication. While serving as Designated Managing Broker for eXp Realty in South Carolina, I supported operations for more than 750 agents across 13 MLS systems in two states. That experience strengthened my ability to manage complex workflows, maintain compliance across multiple platforms, and build collaborative relationships with MLS staff and industry partners. In addition to brokerage leadership roles, I have also worked extensively in marketing and communications—coordinating social media content, digital listings, and marketing initiatives for real estate professionals and organizations. I enjoy bringing organization and clarity to projects that require attention to detail, coordination across teams, and consistent execution.
