ABOUT LORI ARCHÉ

Hi, I’m Lori, here’s a bit about my background and I look forward to connecting with you on LinkedIn. & I was born and raised in Los Angeles with my older sister. After graduating from Chapman with a degree in communications, I began working in public relations but quickly discovered it wasn’t for me because most of my day was cold calling irate journalists. But I found myself creating databases to track customer sentiment via surveys and working with the technology teams to streamline processes. I enjoyed that part so I moved into a Business Analyst role which tapped into my passion for technology, collaboration, and organizing projects. When the mortgage industry started going south, I began looking for a similar position in a different industry. This led me into project management at a marketing agency and I found my stride in software development, planning, and leading teams. I was passionate about my work and became really good at it. I was consistently diving into new training and certifications that I could utilize in my role. At Fandango, I was fortunate to find an amazing boss and mentor. In the last 10 years, she’s guided me from being a Project Manager to leading teams of 10+ Project Managers, coaching Director-level employees and building out organizational-wide operational processes. I now mentor those at Fandango looking for a career shift and have successfully transferred staff from Customer Service, QA, HR, and the Services teams to PMO.As VP, my team and I have launched large-scale internal software systems and external products, websites, and mobile apps which support over 100 million ticket sales per year. We’ve transformed the organization by leading change, integrating multiple acquired companies into the portfolio, and modernizing the company’s infrastructure, including a cloud migration for Vudu. I am passionate about coaching my staff to collaborate, grow, and develop further.\' Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and driving my boys to all their baseball games.
