CREATING CONCRETE CHANGE | RESULTS DRIVENMy career spans 30+ years of senior director-level corporate leadership, as well as founding and running a software manufacturing firm with revenue of over $9m. Throughout my career, I have achieved award-winning success in the areas of sales coaching, leadership training, employee learning, and organization development for Fortune 500 companies. I spearheaded programs that went on to become the gold standard for the organization. Also, I built and supported teams numbering into the hundreds, that won industry accolades and awards, and set the bar for executing in excellence.After many years in the corporate arena, I am currently channeling my professional energy and forward-thinking expertise in the non-profit realm. No longer satisfied with just making income for large businesses, I am fulfilling a life-long passion to change the narrative for women and their families, by taking an executive role at the Women’s Resource Center (WRC) in Sarasota, Florida. As Director of Client Services at WRC, I am responsible for continual evaluation, quality control, and improvement for over 8,200 services delivered to new clients annually. By recruiting and retaining 200+ dedicated volunteers with the right heart, attitude, skills, and talent, I am committed to expanding the selection of program offerings and defining and facilitating new services. By adopting streamlined policies and procedures, the delivery of services and the overall experience of each woman we have the opportunity to work with will achieve greater excellence.My innovative oversight and proven success in customer service strategy ensure the WRC Client Services area provides respectful support and creates proven, concrete results. By coupling vast corporate knowledge with real-time creativity, my team has a greater ability to ascertain the needs of each client and help each to prioritize, implement and grow. After the challenges of executive-level corporate roles and the rigors of entrepreneurship, I am excited to take a hands-on approach in a not-for-profit organization. At the Women’s Resource Center, I am able to make a real difference and sustainable change in the present and future lives of women who need it the most.
