Under the administrative direction of the Deputy City Manager, this position performs responsible management and administrative work in planning and directing the following functions: treasury management; investments; promissory notes, bonds, and other borrowing; voter registration; elections; licensing; utility billing; accounts receivable; property taxes; special assessments and charges; public records preservation, request fulfillment, and tracking; and Board of Review, each consistent with applicable federal, state, and City laws.
