Direct areas of responsibility have included the $80M structural and refractory concrete packages, the $35M+ electrical/communications scope, and act as lead engineer over coordination of all trades on specific project zones. Duties include management and execution of scope review, procurement of subcontractor packages and negotiation of change orders, review and processing of RFIs and submittals, tracking material delivery, review of subcontractor billing, package budget, and project closeout. Mentor and supervise less experienced engineers. Active in community activities such as Employee Resource Group volunteer days, Associated Builders and Contractors events, and Turner Pride Alliance.
