ABOUT LORI SCHULDINER SCHOR
On January 1, 2022, I retired from my work in Holocaust Reparations. Since that time, I have re-trained in a long-time passion: conflict resolution and mediation. I earned my certification and am now a mediator for New Jersey Municipal Courts.I’m a life-long learner and self-starter who uses analytic and organizational skills in a mission-driven setting. I\'m proud of the work I\'ve done through the years in the fields of city planning, law, education, development (fundraising), and international grants management. I value collaboration, creativity and strategic problem solving. As a manager, leader, and co-founder of an agency-wide mentorship program, I onboarded new staff and support and mentored colleagues to meet goals for their professional fulfillment and to realize their own potential. In my volunteer work, I became a mentor as well, and remain in that role for a number of my mentees. I follow their lead, offering them the kind of support that helps them to achieve their goals.I trained in mediation in the 1990s. I used those skills and framework throughout my career. Now, I\'m excited to return to that work, using 30+ years of professional experience to help bring conflict to peaceful resolution.Composter since 2008 Having fun with Improv since 2023
