Lori is currently a Sr Director of Enterprise Apps at Vertafore. Previously I was a Salesforce Delivery Lead for Navint Partners, who acquired Statera in 2019. With Statera, I was responsible for growing revenue of a CRM team by 5X prior to acquisition. I was responsible for:• Managing a distributed team of 35+ resources• Ensuring successful delivery of all projects• Managing overall practice margin and utilization• Providing Engagement Management for large clients and projects• Defining and standardizing estimating models, methodology, deliverables, etc. • Driving and supporting sales activities including scoping, estimating, pricing, and SOW creation• Managing / Supporting key partner relationshipPrior to joining Statera, I served as a Senior Manager at Accenture where I successfully served in many roles to deliver multiple high-profile projects across Communications, High Tech, and Financial Services. I was responsible for strategy definition, project planning, and process improvement with an emphasis in CRM and Quote to Cash. My roles required the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with Business and IT client personnel from the C suite to staff level positions.
