I am leading the strategy, the programmes and the organisational development of Data Rights. Data Rights is a nascent non-profit covering all Europe. Our five programmes are- To tackle the harmful use of dual use technologies- To mend accountability and transparency in the context of Public Private Partnerships- To leverage interoperability to foster competition in the digital market- To protect the most surveilled communities (esp. activists, journalists, humanitarian beneficiaries); and- To bridge the gap between digital policy and climate change measures.
