As Senior Technical Project Manager for Smart Grid projects, I managed the successful upgrade project of the ABB Electric SCADA software. The project was completed on time and under budget. Currently, I am managing the Common Gas SCADA project for upgrade in NY and implementation in CT operating companies. The project consists of an upgrade to the existing system in NY & Maine and the implementation and conversion of the existing system to the new common platform in CT & Mass. I am also managing the implementation of PI Historian for all OpCos for Gas SCADA. Due to my writing abilities, I created Business Management Process documentaiton for my Project Management team.During my tenure at UI, I managed and organized several projects. For all of these projects, I worked with Primavera and MS Projects for resource scheduling and creating the budgetary requirements for Capital and O&M projects I managed.In my prior roll, Senior NERC Compliance Analyst, I had 7 years of NERC CIP Standards compliance experience in electric utilities. I maintained all NERC Compliance tasks through transition period. I have strong experience and knowledge with robust compliance focus on NERC CIP Standards Version 5.I work directly with Corporate NERC Compliance group, SCADA and Infrastructure groups supporting all tasks associated with implementation of the NERC CIP compliance program. My major responsibilities included collecting audit evidence, reviewing and monitoring compliance activities (logging and alerts), participating in annual Cyber Vulnerability Assessment (CVA), performing annual system recovery exercises and participating in general incident and recovery drills. As a major part of my responsibilities, I wrote and maintained group process documentation as well as review over-arching company-wide compliance policies and processes. I was a key Subject Matter Expert for several successful NERC CIP audits (CIP V3 and V5).Detail-oriented, customer-focused, extensive organization skills to create and maintain compliance programs. Excellent Documentation skills. Effective communication skills across disciplines at all levels to accomplish objectives. Deliver results by creating and streamlining processes and standards.
