As President of Elevage Partners, an independent RIA firm offering comprehensive and personalized wealth management solutions and financial planning services to individuals, families, and small businesses, I lead and coach our talented advisory, financial planning, and client services associates. My guidance and contributions to the team’s efforts to deliver valuable advice and an exemplary service experience are grounded in a 35+ year career in the financial services industry that has been dedicated to helping investors make informed and confident decisions with their money. Our team’s goal is to build engaging connections with those we serve, ensuring that clients have full confidence in our understanding of what matters most to them - that is, we know their \'WHY\'- and that we are actively working on their behalf in a fiduciary capacity throughout their life events and financial journey. My passion for creating a positive engagement experience, lasting value for clients, and a fulfilling work experience for the team is deeply rooted in my family\'s legacy. Their small businesses were built on the principle of delivering a brand experience that always went the extra mile for their clients and associates. As a youth growing up in So. California, frequent visits to Disneyland were equally influential.
