Accomplishments:• Developed relationship with transformational donor which resulted in a $50 Million gift• Developed relationship with individual donor that resulted in a $1M gift in an 18-month period.• Ask donors to include the hospital in their estate plans through various planned giving channels (bequests, gift annuities, CRT’s, IRA distribution, real estate, etc.) • Launched education program (What’s Next) in 2017 to engage and educate donors about various clinical departments within the hospital. Engage in face-to-face meetings, provide hospital tours and attend events (stewardship and fundraising) • Oversee Mid-Level giving program implementing multi-channel cultivation/stewardship plan with the goal of increasing revenue and number of donors. • Create pipeline for major gift donors and identify planned giving prospects.• Write highly tailored fundraising proposals that match donor’s passions with areas of philanthropic priority within the Hospital.• Submit grants to corporate and foundation entities• Raiser’s Edge; Enter donor contact reports, run weekly & monthly reports and analyze data.
