Review processes, systems, & reports to ensure workflows are effective and operate as designed• Analyze & identify opportunities to increase productivity & liquidation results to meet and exceed department objectives. Report findings to senior management.• Evaluate daily recovery performance (i.e. settlements, repos, & collection activities) to ensure team members are on target to meet assigned financial objectives• Develop and implement departmental objectives that support recovery goals• Provide insight to decide on recovery strategies and initiatives• Hire, train, reward, & focus, including succession planning and team member development• Ensure the staff is adequately trained, coached and educated to attain maximum performance• Prepare development plans, administer coaching, disciplinary action, and terminations as needed• Draft, revise, & implement new policies and procedures as needed• Assist with external and internal business partners needs associated with company and department goals and objective & serves as an expert advisor in the fields of Recovery• Ensure unit meets government regulations and all company policies.
