I have successfully progressed in my career, advancing to challenging positions in the Banking industry. My background includes roles such as Operations Manager and Branch Operations Relationship Manager. These positions allowed me to master my skills that are crucial for the job. In my most recent position as Operations Manager, I had the opportunity to develop the skills and experience necessary to succeed in your role. Examples of my relevant experience include responsibility for the operational, internal control, security, and other high-risk functions within Retail and Private Banking. Provides training, coaching, and guidance to department personnel on operational, internal controls and security policies and procedures. Analyzes and assists with developing operating procedures and/or systems. Acts as the Operations / BSA / Compliance resource for the Private Bankers for both potential / new business as well as existing problems as they arise, working with the appropriate service partners throughout the bank with the goal of being able to offer processing options. I assisted in the accomplishment of establishing the first domestic private banking office by supporting the Senior Private Banker in all areas of operations. I am also known for my excellent communications skills.
