As Partner and Co-Chair of Arnold & Porter’s Consumer Products Practice Group, I help companies navigate complex mass tort, class action, and nationwide product liability litigation with strategic, client-focused solutions. I have more than 30 years of experience serving as national, strategic, and trial counsel in high-stakes litigation involving a broad range of consumer and pharmaceutical products, including electronics, personal care goods, food and beverage products, and prescription medications.I regularly lead litigation strategy for complex, multidistrict and nationwide disputes and have successfully defended clients against consumer fraud, false advertising, and product liability claims. I currently serve as national counsel for major companies such as Bayer Corporation and Pfizer Inc. in ongoing product liability matters, and have guided precedent-setting defenses in emerging areas of litigation.My work has been recognized by peers and industry publications — including Best Lawyers’ “Lawyer of the Year” honors and selection as one of The National Law Journal’s Trailblazers in Class Action/Mass Tort Litigation — for leadership in both established and evolving areas of product-related litigation.I’m frequently quoted and invited to speak on litigation trends affecting consumer and product sectors, including emerging labeling and risk issues in food and consumer goods.Licensed in New York and New Jersey, I am also admitted in multiple federal courts, and remain committed to providing practical legal counsel that aligns with client business goals, risk management priorities, and litigation outcomes.
