As part of Cincom’s Employee Engagement initiative, over the past five years my team and I have been successfully developing and running an engaging and comprehensive health and wellness program from the ground up. Components of the program include (but not limited to)- Employee Fitness area - Weekly on-site Yoga Classes - Weekly on-site Line Dancing classes - Company subsidized Weight Loss program - Bi-Monthly on-site massage therapy - Monthly on-site Lunch and Learn presentations centered around physical, mental, and financial health- Quarterly incentive-based employee challenges that focus on mind and body health - On-site quiet/nap rooms which encourage employees to take quiet time during the workday - Weekly Fruit delivery for employees - Paid time off for employees to participate in community service work - Quarterly group community service offerings - On-site “Arena” for employees to gather with co-workers and unwind. Area includes pool tables, ping pong, etc- On-site Annual Health Fair with large variety of vendors - On-site Flu Shots - On-Site bone density screening In addition to my responsibilities in Employee Health and Wellness, I am the Business Manager and Culture Champion of Cincom\'s Product Development organization. I assist with the overall management and success of the organization by helping to identify cost savings and revenue sources, assist in coordinating projects and programs for employees, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and grow employee satisfaction. I have built relationships with several key people both inside and outside the organization. I believe that building strong relationships both in and out of the organization is critical to success.
