   CDA Instructor & Coach-Virtual instructing of the Gold Standard AFC\'s CDA curriculum.PECE Coach- The Positive Early Childhood Education Program (PECE) is an online professional learning program, designed to build educators\' knowledge, confidence and skills and enhance educators\' self-efficacy in implementing strategies that promote children\'s development, social competence and self-regulation.VIQI Coach-Serving as a coach in a research-based project focusing on early childhood curricula,(The Creative Curriculum) designed to improve school readiness of three- and four-year-old children who are being served in mixed-age community-based childcare and Head Start centers. Coaches play vital role in the project’s success, both supporting teachers in using the curricular approach in their classrooms as well as assisting with data collection for the study. Working as collaborative partner, supporting teachers in strengthening classroom quality and in implementing an assigned curriculum. Through observing classrooms every other week and meet with the teaching team for coaching sessions we work through challenges they may face and I provide constructive feedback, and support to assist in a successful implementation of the curriculum. SUTQ TA/Coach-As a Technical Assistance Coach I help child care programs and their staff to obtain, maintain, and/or increase their Step Up To Quality star-ratings through free on-site and virtual coaching, continuing education and professional development training, and by hosting events to encourage community support. SUTQ star-rated programs have demonstrated a commitment to meet stronger standards for staff, environments and curricula, which have been validated to improve children’s Kindergarten readiness.
