I am a dedicated higher education leader with over 15 years of experience spanning biochemistry instruction, research administration, compliance, and academic program development. My expertise lies in promoting research integrity, fostering inclusive learning environments, and securing funding for innovative projects that align with institutional goals.As Director of Sponsored Programs at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU), I spearheaded initiatives that led to a 139% increase in grant funding over five years, significantly enhancing research opportunities and contributing to institutional growth. My strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration efforts have been pivotal in aligning university resources with long-term objectives.My commitment to research integrity is demonstrated through my work in developing and implementing policies that uphold ethical standards in research practices.
