With over 30 years of healthcare experience, I am the Executive Director of Surgical Specialties and Neuro Sciences at TriHealth, one of the largest integrated health systems in Ohio. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing-Leadership and Management and a certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR).In my current role, I lead the strategic, financial, clinical, and operational performance of Surgical Specialties and Neurosciences, including the system Stroke Program. I have successfully expanded the scope and reach of our services, improved the quality and safety of our care, reduced the costs and risks of our operations, and enhanced the engagement and retention of our staff. I am passionate about learning, growing, and innovating, and I value teamwork, collaboration, diversity, and inclusive cultures. My mission is to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and our organization, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
