Work with CEO, CMO, and Directors to fill physician, physician specialties, and advanced practitioner needs.Develop effective recruitment strategies and campaigns. Identify and evaluate trends in healthcare recruitment, including location and economic conditions. Develop innovative strategic plans to respond to competitive challenges in the marketplace.Availability to work outside of business hours to accommodate candidates off duty hours.Create and maintain relationships with key Fellowship & Residency program Directors for pipeline resources.Engage with external search firms and manage contracts. Manage advertising and attends CME events for recruitment.Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, transportation, site tours and interviews.Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through facilitation of onboarding.
