I oversee a team of talented individuals whose expertise in third-party logistics solutions has made SpencerARL New York, Inc. an industry leader by providing customized sub-assembly, sequencing, warehousing, distribution, and logistics services to transit bus, rail, and transportation manufacturers.I have held various positions in the transportation logistics industry for over sixteen years. I have supported all logistics and supply chain strategy facets, with American and Canadian companies. Working with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, quality control, inventory control, corporate communications, Ford Motor Company follow-up merchandisers, and SpencerARL New York contract negotiations with original equipment manufacturers.Before working in the logistics industry, I founded Spencer Design & Packaging, a company that specialized in consumer goods packaging design, corporate identity, and point-of-purchase displays. A Spencer designed gift box set that was created for Hiram Walker-Allied Vintners Ltd, a global liqueur manufacturer, was recognized for outstanding design excellence by the Paperboard Packaging Council, winner of the annual North American National Paperboard Packaging Competition. I was responsible for all operational aspects of Spencer Design & Packaging for eight years.At SpencerARL New York our team capabilities have contributed to an increased volume of vehicles per day produced at the original equipment manufacturer’s facility.
