ABOUT LORI FATE
A restaurant industry professional with over 30 years experience in facilities management, vendor services, and business development with national accounts. The combined experienced has proven beneficial in understanding the many aspects of this industry- I am VERY passionate about the things in life that are important. Family, Friends and a Fullfilling Career. Balancing all 3 is critical to strengthening yourself in your profession. I have been very blessed to have held the positions that I have with the organizations that I have. Fostering friendships along the way has been an added bonus. I attribute many of the fine relationships over the years to the RFMA organization which certainly connects you to many many fine folks in the restaurant industry. I have served as a volunteer on various committees, joined Females in Facilities and book club. I participated in the annual RFMA Gives volunteer days and became a mentor as part of the young professionals mentor/mentee program. In addition, I continue to serve my local communities in various roles and capacities wherever called to serve. This has included food banks, ASPCA and Humane Society.
