I manage an amazing team of project managers who support an array of initiatives for all of Digital Marketing at Cleveland Clinic, which includes our health library, care pages, and development work for our public website. Managing my team of caregivers makes up 80% of my job. I keep them motivated and free of blockers, provide coaching and mentoring, recognize opportunities to bring them to the table in their various roles, and most importantly: learn from them. I\'ve also taken on budgeting for our department and many \"other duties as assigned\" tasks/projects. From hiring my own team to now being put in charge of an already existing one, I\'m continuing to learn more about what it takes to be a good leader, a good listener, and a good manager.
