Our team collaborates with JLL’s Investment, Advisory, Asset Management and Real Estate Investment Banking colleagues on project related transactions. We have successfully managed billions of hospitality projects for some of JLL’s largest clients including Host Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, Park Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, AJ Capital Partners, KHP Capital Partners, Watermark, Highgate, Starwood Capital Group, Four Seasons, NuovoRE and many others.
