Provide overall strategic and operational responsibility for Word of Hope Ministrie’s nonprofit staff, programs, services, expansion, and execution of its mission.Word of Hope Ministries was started as a result of the vision of Bishop. C.H. McClelland, who is the Pastor of Holy Cathedral Church of God in Christ, Inc. Word of Hope Ministries Inc. was established on May 5, 1996, by Bishop C.H. McClelland, President and his wife Mrs. Prentiss McClelland, Vice President. Word of Hope Ministries is a non-profit 501c3 organization which includes the Word of Hope Family Resource Center. For the past 28 years Word of Hope Ministries, Inc. has served over individuals and families in our community. Word of Hope Ministries, Inc. provides the following services for the community at no cost. Healthcare clinics, Social Services, Financial Literacy, Job Placement and Training, Mentorship for Youth, Prisoner Re-Entry Assistance, ATODA (alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse), Services for veterans, State of the Art Computer Technology Center, an Adult GED Lab, and the Diverse Business Development Program.
