Team Leader for Remote Final Evaluation of USAID funded Cereal Systems Initiative for South Asia-Mechanization and Irrigation (CSISA-MI) Project in Bangladesh. Evaluated BMGF funded BASICS (Building and Economically Sustainable, Integrated Seed System for Cassava) project in Nigeria. Evaluated the Enhancing Resilience Component of the WFP Bangladesh Country Program. Reviewed Results Frameworks, data and data collection tools, project outputs and Local Government Engineering Department interventions designed to decrease waterlogging, prevent flooding, and address encroaching salinization.Reviewed BRAC Bangladesh’s $33 million Integrated Development Program including crop, fish and livestock production, water and sanitation, health service delivery, micro-finance, education, and food security interventions. Developed the final Results Framework and wrote the draft proposal for the 2nd phase with the IDP leadership team.
