I serve as the primary technical liaison for our clients, leading technical meetings and guiding them through the integration of our technologies into their platforms. I mentor and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, enabling them to guide complex customer-facing projects with excellence and ongoing support.Key responsibilities include- Leading and mentoring the Solutions Engineering team to deliver successful integrations and long-term client support- Managing the Integrations Team, establishing cross-team processes and best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes- Overseeing end-to-end customer-facing responsibilities, including solution design, project management, development, and support- Hosting and leading technical meetings with clients to align requirements and ensure smooth integrations- Partnering with the Tech Team to resolve merchant questions and technical challenges- Collecting merchant feedback and sharing insights to help shape product development- Owning and maintaining developer documentation to ensure faster and more efficient integrations.
