I have worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years. I started from a body repair technician and worked my way up to a General Manager. I assist in routine HR related questions, serving as the first point of contact for employees. Manages, organizes and updates files, records, correspondences, charts and reports. Implemented Green Certification program and updates contingency plan for employee and customer safety. Assists and creates contracts with insurance companies, government agencies, CAL - TRANS, and SJRTD. Maintains sales accounts with customers, parts dealers, insurance companies, and workers.
