ABOUT LORENZO MOTTINELLI
Currently, I work as an SDR at Talentware, a talent management platform that helps businesses engage, develop, and retain talent through a skill-based approach. Before joining Talentware, I completed a six-month internship at Haier Europe in the Supply Chain department. I was eager to experience a production-focused environment and gain insight into key supply chain processes. I gained some experience in sales during my bachelor’s studies, thanks to JECatt, the Junior Enterprise of the Catholic University. My long journey in the Scout movement has shaped my character, teaching me the value of teamwork. With a classical high school background, I have a deep appreciation for the humanities, which coexists with my passion for economics. I believe this intersection allows to better understand and navigate the complexity of the world around us.
