Registered Nurse – DOU / Step-Down / Telemetry- Provide continuous cardiac monitoring for patients with myocardial infarction, strokes, neurosurgery, chest pain, unstable angina, hypertension, diabetes, and renal failure- Rotate between step-down and med/surg/telemetry levels of care to manage a wide range of patient acuities- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage critical cardiac drips- Deliver respiratory support and emergency interventions as needed- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during transitional phases of recovery
