I serve as one of the Operations & Logistics Planners for COGIC conventions, supporting the coordination of key event logistics that help ensure smooth, impactful gatherings for our national and jurisdictional meetings. From hotel room blocks and registration oversight to on-site support and planning coordination, I help bring structure and excellence to major church events.I work closely with church leadership, department heads, and vendors to manage important event details—like travel coordination, name badges, housing lists, and transportation arrangements—so that guests and leaders can focus on ministry. I also help troubleshoot day-of issues, assist with venue communications, and support planning meetings to ensure our events run efficiently and professionally.While I may not be on the stage, I understand that ministry happens best when the logistics are handled with care.
