ABOUT LORENZO GM. EANDI

After having gained valuable experience in the B2C industry in the Middle East and North Africa, I decided to step into the exciting world of consulting. During more than 7 years, I have successfully completed over 60 international projects focusing on profitable growth for leading companies and start-ups in the medical devices industry (B2B). In 2015, I joint Johnson & Johnson, in the Senior Strategic Pricing Lead role for Ethicon across EMEA, managing profitability consistently, driving significant reduction of price erosion of my product portfolios, and defining pricing strategies for new products and services, mostly based on “Customer value” approach. In 2020 I took over the responsibility for the Spine and CMF business of DePuy Synthes in France, working on a turn-around approach which allowed us to set this business up for success in the following years. Since October 2022, as Senior Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners, I tackle some of the most significant challenges our Life Science clients are facing around profitable growth. In parallel to my professional roles, I’m also involved in Diversity & Inclusion activities, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility topics. In this context, in 2019 I participate in the J&J Secondment Program, spending 6 months in Tanzania working with a local NGO.
