Specialization in Transport and Supply Chain Management through the 1st level Master MEMIT (Economia e Management dei Trasporti della Logistica e delle Infrastrutture) at Bocconi University.3 years spent inside the Reckitt Benckiser Company, Footwear Business Scholl, in the Supply Chain area with a focus firstly in demand planning and warehousing, and thereafter inside the Procurement, Production and Development Dept. In this dept I was Samples and Data Manager with the responsibility to create SKUs codification into SAP system and manage the overall process of delivering samples products on time for selling activities. In this role I was constantly in touch with suppliers processing purchasing orders (SAP ERP), checking delivery timings and arrivals in our HUB warehouse and afterwards monitoring the delivery till final customers.I worked close to the Order Purchasing Manager following the footwear seasonal production process with suppliers, keeping an high interconnection with the Logistic department.I was the responsible to maintain data inside SAP affecting varied aspects, from logistics to accounting dynamics (seamless interconnection with finance controllers in terms of standard price variances and stock value). In 2017 I joined IVALIS Group, an international company provider of inventory and retail solutions to different a large portfolio of retailers, as Quality and Sales Coordinator for the italian subsidiary, setting up operational procedures in agreement with customers requirements, auditing Ivalis teams on the field (inventory process) and monitoring daily customer satisfaction. As Quality Mgr I represented the interface among customer and company in pre and post-sales processes. IVALIS in 2021 has been bought by RGIS, worldwide company leader in inventory and scm solutions, and I have been nominated as Business Analyst for Italy.
