Accountable of Company Engineering Groups and successful delivery of engineering capabilities and assets within time, quality and budget constraints. Managing the whole engineering structure (100+ people) breakdown in Engineering Groups, organized in eleven (11) Competences Centres, and directly managing the Project Technical Leaders and Delivery Managers, working as Technical Authorities in projects/proposals, plus a staff Engineering Office team supporting in the operational execution.Duties- Overall accountable for the delivery of engineering capabilities in terms of competences, assets, resources according to applicable requirements and constraints, company policies (ISO 9001/9100, ISO/IEC 27001) and external standards (ECSS series), sustainability regulations (SDG Action Manager since 2024)- Chair, manage, monitor and control the overall engineering functions, organization and people, domains and disciplines, processes, tools and development methods. Including definition and monitoring of KPIs, management of group and individual objectives (MBO, OKR), improvements and re-organization plans, etc- Budget owner and manager, including liaising from the Engineering angle with CTO, Vp Operations, Vp Business Development and Sales, Head of Quality and other top management functions to define company business plan, roadmap and development and execution strategy.

I am an aerospace industry manager with 10 years\' work experience in space missions and satellites design, development and verification, currently top manager of an engineering ecosystem made of more than a hundred people organized in twelve competence centres spanning all domains relevant to a space mission.Started as Satellite Systems Engineer, I\'ve had the opportunity to contribute and lead exciting space programs, participating to the full mission and product lifecycle, from mission feasibility analyses to in-orbit operations, from design conceptualization to product industrialization.As manager, I have a very objective-driven problem-solving attitude, confident navigating through complex multidisciplinary problems and multi-stakeholder environments. What drives me is the passion for challenges and innovation, especially if involving high-tech,and the satisfaction to get the job done on time, performance and budget constraints.I believe big success can be achieved by a small group of committed people when led by effective leadership.
