As a specialist in brokering and consulting services for feedstocks used in the production and co-production of biodiesel, I have transitioned from a broader focus on biofuels to a dedicated emphasis on biodiesel feedstocks. My early experience in the biofuels sector provided valuable insights into diverse feedstocks\' critical role in renewable energy- Ex-member of the Engagement Team at Morrow Sodali, specializing in Proxy Contests, Hostile Takeovers, and Shareholder Activism Services. With expertise in Shareholder Profile Analysis, Engagement with Proxy Advisors, Communications with Shareholders, Vote Solicitation and Tabulation, and Proxy Solicitation for Annual and Special shareholder meetings. I can also provide Corporate Governance Advisory Services, including board issues, compensation, sustainability, and shareholder activism. I am preparing clients for annual meetings, engaging with key investors and proxy advisory firms, and presenting on governance, sustainability, and shareholder rights- Before my affiliation with Morrow Sodali, I acquired valuable experience as an intern for a Strategic Finance Boutique located in Rome for six months.
