About Lorenzo Schechterman
A freelance writer/photographer, published writer, poet, chef, lawyer, ESL teacher, and TEFL certified to teach English as a foreign language. I have taught ESL in Peru, Mexico, and Boca Raton FL. My published works include a cookbook \"In The Mood With Food, A Bachelor\'s Guide to Wooing Her With Food\", poetry in many anthologies of American poetry, and a collection of my own poetry in \"Poems of Now and Then, A Poetry Collection\" which was published in 2012. I am also a private chef having done private dinner parties and still do wine and spirit tastings in and around Palm Beach, County, FL. I have the following degrees: BA, MA. JD, L.L.M, and AS in the Culinary Arts. I have traveled extensively throughout the World and have written travel articles about my travels including \"My Italy\" which covers my travels throughout Italy and especially Tuscana.
