Responsible of the P&L for F35 Transparencies;$50M of annual sales- Fully embracing the role of an IPT lead vice a simple PM- Taking leadership and being the driving force behind a number of analyses and investigations far beyond pure programmatic issues, ranging into production capacity, quality, financial performance and profitability to name just a few- Producing in-depth analyses which have provided the most clear cut overviews of the program in over half a decade: the way of presenting the data in a clear and decisional format laid the ground work for a full blown strategic analyses of the overall program itself and the position with the customer (e.g. the presentation of the overall production process providing the ability to clearly identify bottlenecks and devise targeted action plans)- Being able to earn quickly customer’s respect and trust. While always standing up to customer\'s pressures, able to deliver arguments in a fact based and non-confrontational manner which has proven highly effective within the charged atmosphere of the F35 program. On multiple occasions, the customer has praised Lorenzo\'s performance- Showing a complete and encyclopedic grasp of all aspects of the program and quickly proven himself to be the trusted expert on the program from all levels of GKN.
