Main tasks:(i)legal assistance and support in respect of the administrative, grid connection and regulatory aspects relevant in the context of the construction and operation of, inter alia, renewable assets, grid infrastructures, oil and gas infrastructures, waste to energy assets both in the framework of M&A transactions (buy & sell side) or financing/re-financing transactions and with regard to development activities including the fulfillments needed for having access to the relevant public incentives and subsidies, where applicable;(ii) legal assistance on matters related to services of general economic interest and market regulation, particularly in the context of public utilities (health, transport, water and waste fields), public procurement contracts, concession agreements, public-private partnerships, environmental law, town planning and landscape protection issues as well as in relation to transactions involving companies controlled or participated by public representation in judicial proceedings before the competent Administrative Courts (T.A.R.) as well as in administrative proceedings before public bodies (e.g. the Italian Ministry of Economic Development; the Italian Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment - ARERA; Gestore dei Servizi Energetici – GSE etc.).
