I’m a bartender with a distinctive personal style and impeccable attention for details.My approach at the bar has started 10 years ago where I started attending bartending course as mixology.From there I started jumping immediately Behind the bar in a hotel for the summer season, showcasing what I have learned,but I was hungry, hungry to know as much as I could,learning from the best place in the world to be on top of it,so I decided to rock up in London in 2015.My first position as barback in a cocktail bar, that allowed me to practice English spoken and fine-tune my skills to the London style.After a whirlwind year and a half improving bartending knowledges around London I moved to Salotto\'900.It was here, under the tutelage of Luca Corradini,award-winning bartender all around the world, that I start to develope my hospitality skills and leading lights of the cocktail industry.After this meaningful experience I moved to five stars hotels spending about 6 years,Learning what elegance, standards,and guest experience is allAbout.Today my approach at the bar is running a spotless service, keep attention for details and ensure to satisfy guest requests.
