Curriculum Innovation: Since I am the president and founder of New Westminster\'s Robotics team, I recognized the significance of robotics for kids and wanted younger kids to also get the opportunity to learn it. I then proposed a pitch to the boss of all 11 Code Ninjas centres in BC and got the chance to create and lead Code Ninjas BC’s first-ever custom VEX IQ Robotics camp curriculum. I developed the curriculum from scratch, collaborated with 11 Code Ninjas centers across Greater Vancouver, and launched the program to 100% enrollment with enthusiastic parent feedback in Spring 2025. This was the first original curriculum ever offered at Code Ninjas independent of the head office, and it was a resounding success.• Camp Leadership: Organized and taught a variety of summer/spring camps, including 3D Printing, Robotics, and MakeCode Arcade, ensuring each one delivered an engaging blend of coding, creativity, and real-world problem-solving.• Hands-On Demonstrations: I regularly brought my own electronics and robotics DIY projects to the center. The kids loved playing with the projects, which inspired them to learn about electronics and robotics.• Sponsors: Code Ninjas sponsors me to create 3D-printed projects for their center. Creating fun, hands-on designs made for students to explore, play with, and learn from.• I frequently conduct demos for potential Code Ninjas students, providing brief lessons to the kids and discussing the program with their parents. My demos have an 86% registration rate, making me the go-to person for demos during my shifts.• Committed Team Player: Frequently stay after hours to discuss student performance and curriculum improvements, offering strategies without expecting additional compensation.• Created professional promotional videos for Code Ninja’s 3D Printing Summer Camp, which successfully attracted parents and significantly boosted registration numbers: https://youtu.be/Rdn2RKtyYb0
