Public Relations and networking.I have been working for more then 20 years as a consultant in legal Business Advisory I have acquired experience in Project Management of complex transformation programs mainly using Agile and Safe methodology and a deep knowledge of the legal sector (processes, regulatory, organization and IT). I have several years of experiences leading different type of transformation projects in the legal Sector : Guidewire Full suite implementation in Italy and abroad, Insurance Target Operating Model, KPI\'s and Benchmarking, End-to-End processes Improvement, Accounting Data Flow with a specific focus on Claims Management (Processes optimization, Technology & Innovation, Regulatory, KP|s, Organization), Test Strategy.The working experience in restructuring a big Company allowed me to strengthen my problem solving skills, team working capabilities and ability to work under time pressure.After my Master\'s degree in corporate finance and financial markets I started the Master in European Business that took place in Turin and Strasbourg. The experience abroad allowed me to improve my flexibility and adaptability and to learn very well two languages, skills needed in an increasingly international environment. During my 9 month working in chapter 11 of Brooksbrothers I have acquired an overall knowledge of the asset management industry and its major players. I worked part-time for the legal and business department of a fine dining company while doing my courses at university. Studying for a degree and working at the same time allowed me to learn very quickly how to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.Innovation\'s enthusiastic and curious about new trends I am a continuous learner and a teacher in University and private organizations, trying to keep up to date my knowledges and my skills with new technologies (Al, GenAl, loT, and many others) and methodologies (Agile, Safe, GW Certifications).I am an optimist, determined, willing, sunny, dynamic, friendly and flexible person.
