As Program Lead for Atlassian’s Community Champions track, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to make a meaningful impact, both within their organizations and across the global Atlassian Community. I lead the strategy, growth, and activation of our Community Champions program, working to expand our network of advocates, foster knowledge sharing, and drive engagement that aligns with Atlassian’s business priorities.My role blends program design, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence. I act as the “product owner” for the Community Champions track, continuously refining our offerings, improving processes like onboarding and engagement, and ensuring our tools and platforms meet the evolving needs of our members. I partner closely with the Marketing, R&D, and Product teams to amplify the program’s visibility, both internally and externally, and to create new opportunities for Champions to contribute and grow.
