HO Telecom Mechanical Design Office (MDO) in Toulouse and Portsmouth.\\\\nLeading a team of about 50 engineers, part of the Aerospace Mechanical Engineering CoC.\\\\nSupporting the Telecom and Navigation customers by delivering the overall spacecraft accommodation, payload detailed design, structural and thermal justification in readiness for manufacturing. This includes participation in the bid phase leading to performing all aspects of DMU activities in support of custom, detailed design, prepare for assembly and test phases.\\\\nProviding design and analysis services for all business lines through all phases of development in readiness for manufacturing and continued support throughout mechanical and thermal testing.\\\\nDriving the design activities in support of R&D projects including use of Additive Manufacturing Technologies.\\\\n\\\\nFocusing on team and individual development to ensure availability of skilled and engaged resources to support our customers and partners.\\\\nEnsuring OQOTOC delivery through proven Process & knowledge management organised around Process Owners and Project Leaders.\\\\nDriving competitiveness based on in depth cost analysis, process & NQ reviews leading to establishing and delivering our improvement plan.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
