I’m the Founder of Stewarded Path, a certified coaching, speaking, and professional development practice devoted to helping women navigate seasons of growth, transition, and becoming with greater clarity, conviction, courage, and confidence. As a certified health and wellness coach, my work is informed by a whole-person model that honors the physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing. My approach is evidence-based and neuroscience-informed, supporting women in deepening self-trust, gaining clarity, navigating change, and pursuing personal and professional growth that is aligned with their values, purpose, and overall wellbeing. Through coaching, speaking engagements, and leadership development workshops, I offer a grounded, thoughtful space for reflection, refinement, and meaningful transformation.I’m also the Founder of La Doctora Collective, a growing platform and community for Latina women who are pursuing doctoral degrees and those who have already earned them. This is for Latinas whose scholarship, leadership, and lived experiences are shaping the future in meaningful ways. We exist to create space for visibility, voice, connection, and collective uplift. Through shared stories, thoughtful dialogue, and community-building, La Doctora Collective highlights the brilliance, depth, and impact of Latina doctoral women across disciplines. It is a place where journeys are honored, voices are amplified, and legacies continue to unfold.where Latina brilliance is seen, heard, and honored.In addition, I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of LW Advisory Group LLC, where I provide strategic consulting and leadership advisory services to healthcare organizations, federal contractors, private equity firms, investor-backed companies, and global advisory networks. I partner with executives to solve complex operational challenges, strengthen performance, and build systems that scale. My work includes high-stakes initiatives supporting enterprise transformation, including engagements in collaboration with one of the world’s most respected global consulting firms.I bring over 15 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience across outpatient behavioral health, primary care, ambulatory care, and dialysis. In my most recent corporate senior executive role, I served as a VP of Operations. My leadership background includes experience across multi-state, multi-site healthcare systems, with scope spanning more than $75M in P&L, nearly patients served annually, and a workforce of over 400 team members.
