As a Business Process and Accountability Specialist at South Texas College, I provide administrative and operational analysis to support strategic decision making. I assist in process improvement initiatives, project coordination, change management and policy assessments, ensuring efficient and high quality outcomes. With a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, I help drive continuous improvement across departmental operations. I’m passionate about solving problems, enhancing workflows, and delivering results with precision and purpose. My background includes facilitating cross-functional projects, delivering presentations, and organizing departmental events - all with a focus on precision, collaboration, and customer service. I’m passionate about solving problems, improving systems, and contributing to meaningful organizational change. As a former Financial Aid Specialist, I managed scholarships and donations, ensuring compliance and student satisfaction. I supported students with their financial aid, working with various programs. I take initiative in creating and distributing flyers and forms as needed, and communicate effectively with coworkers and students.I have an academic background in business administration and management from my recent degree completion in the MBA program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I have my undergraduate degrees in Nutritional Sciences and in Chemistry. I have developed skills in communication, decision-making, stress management, and leadership, as evidenced by my multiple certifications from LinkedIn. I am passionate about helping students achieve their educational and financial goals, and contributing to the success of the college.
