I lead the data strategy for Asset Management, transforming two years of stock condition survey data into actionable business intelligence. I ensure the accuracy and readiness of our NEC (Northgate) database by managing the implementation of asset management modules, establishing data quality processes, and coordinating with teams involved in repairs and capital program works. Additionally, I produce key analytical reports, such as the non-decent home reports and HHSRS reports.
