I\'ve enjoyed 16 years creating Mortgage loans for many clients, and it\'s been rewarding and enjoyable in many ways. My experience allows insight on what program will work, and how it can happen. In some cases it\'s simply educational information the client needs, to prepare for their goal of ownership. My job is helping clients Close their loan requests, and doing the best job I can to make that happen. I love my job, and enjoy providing a higher level of communication and service to all my clients throughout the process. I\'ve had success and always look to improve efficiencies on my part to make it even better. I\'m grateful for the opportunities to help anyone in Washington State obtain their goal of homeownership.
