I’ve helped over families become homeowners, specializing in guiding clients through complex transactions with strategic, solutions-oriented financing.I provide a competitive advantage through a robust lineup of mortgage programs—including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Bank Statement, DSCR, ITIN, and Foreign National lending—empowering a wide range of borrowers with access to flexible and customized mortgage options.Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, I relocated to the U.S. in 2004 after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a law degree from UNIVA. My leadership and advocacy have extended into public service, including advising the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME), serving as National Director of the Mexican American Coalition, and leading the NAHREP Tampa Bay Chapter as President in 2019.I am also a published author of Tax Justice and Legal Elements of the Contracts, reflecting my longstanding commitment to elevating financial literacy and promoting legal empowerment within the community.
