   Serve as lead administrator for NeoGov (Insight, OHC, Onboard, Perform) and Oracle (HRIS and Benefits) platforms, overseeing full system lifecycle: configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, evaluation management, and process optimization. Analyze and redesign business processes, translate needs into functional specs, and lead cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective HR tech solutions. Define system requirements, manage changes, and support application admin tasks. Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and analysts to evaluate and implement upgrades, enhancements, and resolve complex issues. Manage Oracle data transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, and ADI uploads. Create and maintain functional documentation, perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and drive improvements through feedback loops. Deliver customized demos and prototypes to enhance employee experience and meet business needs. Develop complex queries and reports; analyze trends and present insights to support decision-making.
